Making a claimAccidents happen, but rest assured that we make claiming a simple process for you. As soon as an incident has taken place you should report it to us by calling our claims line even if you don't want to make a claim. This will allow us to protect your, and our, interests at an early stage. In most cases, we will simply take all the details over the phone. If you are involved in an accident outside our opening hours, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, then please contact us on the next working day. Once you have notified us, we'll manage all aspects of your claim. No claims discount Once up to maximum no claims discount, it's only natural that you want to protect it. We can arrange this for you. |
